Terms of Service
1. Store and products
Ambient DMA sells physical hardware (DMA cards, Makcu, fusers) and digital firmware licenses. Product descriptions, prices and stock on the storefront are the offer. Digital stock is the number of unused license keys available.
2. Orders and payment
Prices are in euros unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by Stripe. An order is confirmed when payment succeeds. We may cancel an unpaid or fraudulent order.
3. Shipping and digital delivery
Physical orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours to the address you provide at checkout. Digital licenses are shown on the payment confirmation page and in your account invoices. We do not ship physical goods for digital-only carts.
4. License keys
Each digital purchase delivers unused license keys for the selected variant. Keys are single-use unless we say otherwise. Revealing a key counts as delivery.
5. Returns
Unused physical goods in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery where consumer law requires it. Digital products are not returnable once the key has been delivered, except where the law does not allow that exclusion.
6. Acceptable use
You are responsible for using hardware and software in line with the laws that apply to you. We sell the products as described and do not accept liability for how you use them beyond what the law requires.
