1. Data we collect
We collect the name, email, phone, shipping address and order notes you submit, plus account data if you register. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
2. Why we use it
We use this data to fulfill orders, deliver license keys, provide support, prevent fraud and meet accounting and tax duties.
3. Sharing
We share data with Stripe to take payment and with shipping carriers for physical parcels. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Retention
Order records are kept for as long as needed for support and legal accounting. You can ask us to update or delete account data that we are not required to keep.
5. Your rights
If you are in the EEA or UK you can request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, and you can complain to your local data authority.
